Junior Project Coordinator


The Project Coordinator position is more of the Admin work for the Energy Division.

  • Update/ maintain tsheets schedule and timesheets
  • Upload invoices and keep track of job costing
  • Prepare and submit customer invoices and paperwork
  • Schedule, track and maintain Employee certifications ( communicate to HR dept. for Employee file)
  • Coordinate travel for Energy Dept
  • Assist with material logistics (ordering, shipping, delivering‚Ķ)¬†
