Project Coordinator



  • Minimum of 2 year work experience in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Construction/technical work experience a plus
  • Support multiple managers concurrently with complex projects
  • Effective relationships developed with varied groups including clients, vendors and company personnel to create a cohesive team
  • Use of current technology and programs to complete tasks
  • Frequent use of math/accounting with accuracy

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support PM with complex administrative, technical and accounting tasks/projects
  • Coordinate, manage and perform administrative duties (with minimal supervision) pertaining to multiple construction projects, actively unburdening his/her administrative
  • Project Manager support may include:
    • Data Entry, documentation and reports
    • Plan printing
    • Vendor relations including ordering of materials
    • Schedule and follow up with Installation crews and Subcontractors
    • Preparing job sites for construction including dumpsters, equipment, materials, toilets, signage etc.
