Project Coordinator - Doors


Summary of Responsibilities

The PC will schedule all door technicians, schedule all installations/work, make material purchases, coordinate equipment/rentals and interface with customers as needed to execute all door work. The PC has excellent communication skills and a high proficiency in all MS Office applications, QuickBooks, and necessary technology. The primary purpose of this job is to provide the door department with production support and materials and equipment handling needed to perform construction projects and repair and maintenance on doors. The PC in Doors will work directly with the Department Manager to schedule all technicians, schedule all installs and repairs, purchase materials and coordinate deliveries/pick-ups, rent equipment, and provide project cost tracking and billing functions. The PC must be a great communicator, both internally with fellow team member, and externally with customers and suppliers. A knowledge of MS Office applications, QuickBooks, and other essential technology will be a must for the PC in Doors. 

Essential Job Functions

  • Schedules technicians.
  • Schedules installations/repairs.
  • Orders/purchases materials.
  • Coordinates deliveries.
  • Coordinates equipment and rentals.
  • Tracks costs.
  • Bills Customers.
  • Supports the Department Manager and staff.

Skills and Education

  • 5+ years administrative experience desired.
  • MS Office application knowledge desired.
  • QuickBooks application knowledge desired.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $25.00
