Overview

Account Managers are responsible for building quotes, finding and hiring subcontractors, managing client relationships, daily portal/reporting updates, email communication, phone calls, material orders, scheduling subcontractors, and working in a fast-paced, high intensity environment.

Account Managers are responsible for managing work orders from inception to completion and completing all aspects of the customer service cycle.

Job Duties

Manage Customer Relationships and Coordinate Projects in the execution of minor and moderate repair for commercial and retail environments. Project types include: painting/patching, flooring, minor plumbing (tanks, faucets, under sink, etc.), carpentry, minor electrical (switches, lighting, etc.), HVAC maintenance and repair, handyman services, doors and locks, cabinetry, roofing, etc.

Requirements

  • 5 years customer management experience
  • Well rounded knowledge of property management and/or construction industries categories
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Programs including Excel and Word
  • Self-motivated and professional
  • Able to adhere to company core values
  • Willing to work 40-50+ hours per week
