  • Customer Reporting: We rely on information to analyze our performance and maintain a high level of customer care. We also use this information to provide support for all aspects of our Facility Maintenance operations, as well as our Commercial and Residential Solar operations.

Other business purposes include protecting our legal rights and fulfilling contractual obligations. We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with: 

  • Service providers who assist us in delivering our services (e.g., payment processors, installation contractors, financing companies, facility maintenance vendors, etc.).

  • Hawaii’s permitting and utility agencies. 
  • Third parties in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets.

4. Data Security 

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Users should not send confidential information via unsecured email. Communications to and from hawaiiunified.com will not be encrypted. 

Some information sent to and from our domain is sent in a “secured session” established with the Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”). SSL encodes information that is being sent over the Internet between your computer and ours, helping to ensure that the information remains confidential during transit. The use of SSL requires that you have an SSL-compatible browser. We collect this data solely to process your requests, response to inquiries, and providing customer support. We will not share your personal information with any third party without your explicit consent, except where necessary to fulfill your order or comply with legal requirements. We work to safeguard your data and adhere to all applicable privacy regulations.

Our computers themselves are a segregated network through firewall technology. We use anti-viral software and restrict access to sensitive areas on our computers. Every one of our users should install and use, and keep up-to-date, software that screens for viruses and other harmful files that could damage data on systems operated or used by those users.

  • Request the deletion of your personal information.

Opt-Out Example: “Reminder from Hawaii Unified: Hi Jim, we look forward to seeing you at 3:00 pm tomorrow for your Site Survey Appointment. Reply YES to confirm, NO to reschedule. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and disable SMS notifications.”

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
